Nagios Core
Nagios is an open source computer system monitor, network monitoring and infrastructure monitoring software application. Designed for scalability and flexibility, Nagios is designed to make IT monitoring simple, while retaining the powerful attributes of its enterprise-class foundation blocks. Nagios offers monitoring and alerting for servers, switches, applications, and services. Nagios Supports alerts and escalation.
Built on Open Source Nagios is both scalable and flixible and can be integrated with any applications, networks and systems. Nagios XI is built on Nagios and is a commercial software, Nagios XI provides several added features on tops of Nagios Core, including:
